I had a horseback riding accident in which I broke my arm, shattered my wrist, and had a neck injury. I went to the chiropractor, and to my doctor, but there was nothing they could do. I could not sleep though the night and could hardly make it though work. When a friend told me about hot yoga and how it helped her, I tried it, and It did make me feel better. Within a month the pain started going away. By the end of winter I could sleep though the night again, and had regained motion in my neck. I want to thank Neil and the great instructors for their great practices.
