What is Bikram Yoga?
Greetings! Welcome to Bikram yoga West Seattle, where it's yoga practice, not yoga perfect. Yoga means union - between mind, body, and soul. Not only does one reap the physical benefits of a regular hot yoga practice, but there are mental and emotional benefits as well. Bikram yoga is a 90-minute moving meditation which helps increase mental focus, concentration, and clarity.
When body and mind are balanced, the individual is able to achieve a deeper level of self-confidence, self-awareness, not to mention an overall greater sense of well-being.
